You can apply for an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged or if you have any issue with the sizing of the product. 

The procedure for exchange is as follows:

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@organicbee.in within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Once your request for exchange is confirmed by our customer care executives, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
    Note: Reverse pickup facility might not be available on all pincodes & the customer will need to self ship their package to our warehouse in this case. 
  3. Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.
  4. Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check. Once the product passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you. 

Note- Exchange can be done only once per order.

Damaged Products?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation or refund is not possible against any orders. 

In case you want to return the product, the amount will be credited to the customer account in form of store credit. 

Store credits can be used for any of your future purchases on our website.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@organicbee.in.
